Andrew is a UK Chartered Civil Engineer with a career that started in heavy civil engineering and management of EPIC projects. He then diversified into international offshore construction with an emphasis on deep water pipeline installation and remotely operated vehicle (ROV) supported subsea construction. This experience transitions into renewable demonstration projects for floating wind and wave energy. In the offshore arena, he has accumulated over 25 years of operational experience at sea. He is among a cohort of only a few worldwide who share a similar technical and operational breadth of experience in subsea construction, commanding the trust of clients and peers necessary to complete complex subsea projects. He now develops and leads high-performing teams, acknowledged by internal and external customers, to deliver some of the world's most challenging offshore developments. Andrew's experience is recognized as a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers.
A recent graduate of the Smith School of Business with a passion for the renewable energy sector and the marine construction industry. With a diverse background and international experience, Lewis leverages his relationship management skills and knowledge of business systems to contribute meaningfully to the growth of Navigator Subsea. He has gained valuable insights from his work in BC, where he was involved in marine construction and the financial sector, as well as from his recent role in professional sports partnerships, which further sharpened his client communication and project management abilities. Lewis brings a global perspective and a deep understanding of the local environment, aiming to drive sustainable innovation within the subsea industry.
